May Day Festivities In Hull & East Yorkshire

A plethora of May Day activities are on offer this weekend from seeing the sunrise on Beverley Westwood to dancing around the Maypole at Pickering Road Orchard and in West Park in Goole:

Sun 1st May, Dawn on Beverley Westwood at the Black Tower. (5.25am)
Monday 2nd May 12 noon, Pickering Road Orchard, Hull May Day Event.
Monday May 2nd from 11am – 4pm – Bank Holiday Monday West Park, Goole. Maypole dances on the hour every hour. Our Hurdy-Gurdy player is playing with Sam Pirt and Gary Hammond of the renowned ‘Hut People’ at this event.
