Ceilidh in the park for a month of Sundays in Howden

We had a fantastic gig in the park on sunday in Howden – a truly appreciative audience, some dancing on the Ashes lawn and beautiful weather to boot. A lovely time was had by all. It really doesn’t get any better than this weather wise in June!  If you are planning a party or celebration this summer or autumn ring Quentin on 07877434739 and he will advise you on availability and pricing.

Elaine Emmerson ‘A really lovely day was had by all’

From Mark Rodger the event organiser for Howden Live:

‘The final concert in the 2016 Howden Live Month Of Sundays season with The Hessle Ceilidh Band. 60 or so souls were treated to a wonderful afternoon in the sunshine listening to, and in some cases dancing to, a wonderful selection of traditional tunes. Once again our grateful thanks to Howden Town Council, Drax, Howdens Joinery Longs Corner Garage and the Ashes Trust without whose invaluable support the Month Of Sundays would not have been possible’
